AxisCert Pte Ltd, headquartered in Singapore, is an accredited certification body providing management system certification to its audited organizations.
AxisCert is accredited under IAS and provides certification services across the globe under the legally enforced framework. This framework requires our certified organizations to be bound by these rules on use of our logo and accreditation mark to ensure independent, impartial, and trustworthy recognition of certification, as governed by law and accreditation norms.
AxisCert logo and accreditation mark can only be used under the following conditions:

The use of the AxisCert logo and mark (accreditation mark) may only be done by the AxisCert certified organization after the certificate has been issued based on the audited management system only.

The AxisCert logo and mark (accreditation mark) can be used during the certificate validity period only.

The usage of the AxisCert logo and mark (accreditation mark) will be verified during every planned and unplanned visit, for which the certified organization must exhibit adherence to these rules on logo and mark usage. Any deviation in the use of the logo and mark may lead to non-conformance and suspension of the issued certificate.

Whenever the certificate is amended based on scope (e.g., reduction, addition, etc.), the certified organization must exhibit adherence to these rules on use of logo and mark by updating all necessary materials (e.g., publications currently in use, advertisements, etc.) according to the amended scope.

When a misleading publication or advertisement is made by the certified organization, AxisCert reserves the right to object to such use, inform the user with relevant certified information, and suspend the certificate until corrective actions are taken to ensure compliance with these rules.
Better Compliance (Do’s)
WHERE TO USE:
The certified organization should only use the AxisCert logo and mark on:

Letterheads, business cards, contracts, sales documents, invoices, greeting cards, delivery cards.

Advertising materials/publications such as websites, brochures, promotional videos, TV displays, posters, etc.
The certified organization should make clear statements (or avoid misinterpretation) on labels/products by relating the logo & mark only to the type of management system certified (e.g., quality, environmental, etc.) and the related standard, not the product itself.
Based on the scope of the certification issued, the certified organization must use the AxisCert logo and mark (accreditation mark) in a combined way (refer to combined logo below).
Reference to the ISO standards to which the organization is certified must be clear and traceable to the certificate issued by AxisCert.
The certified organization should only use the original color of the AxisCert logo and mark (accreditation mark) or a black-and-white version. For any clarifications, the certified organization should contact AxisCert via email as published on our website or reach the relevant personnel managing the account.
Prohibitions (Don’t’s)
WHERE NOT TO USE:

The AxisCert logo and mark (accreditation mark) must not be used on any product or its packaging in a way that implies conformity with the product.

The use of the logos of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is prohibited since they are exclusively for ISO and its technical committees—not for AxisCert or its certified organizations.

All publications bearing the AxisCert logo and mark (accreditation mark) must not be ambiguous about the mark, accompanying text, or certified scope.

The certified organization must not use the AxisCert logo and mark (accreditation mark) when the certificate is suspended by AxisCert until reinstatement. All advertisements and publications must adhere to non-usage during the suspension period.

The AxisCert logo and mark (accreditation mark) should not be used on any reports and certificates (e.g., laboratory, calibration, or inspection reports) issued by the certified organization or its associated entities.
